Terms of use

Last updated: 1 August 2026

These terms govern your use of systechws.it.com and set out the basis on which Systech provides IT consulting services. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept them.

1. About us

"Systech", "we" and "us" refer to the IT consulting practice operating at systechws.it.com, providing services to clients across the United States.

2. Use of this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to extract content in a way that places unreasonable load on it.

3. Information on this site

Service descriptions and price ranges are provided for general guidance. They do not constitute a binding offer. The binding terms for any engagement are those set out in the written service agreement you e-sign before work begins.

4. Engaging our services

  • Every engagement starts with a written scope stating the work, the timeline, the fixed price and anything expressly excluded.
  • Work begins only after you have e-signed that agreement.
  • If the work turns out to be materially larger than scoped, we stop and issue a revised quote for your approval rather than adding charges afterwards.
  • You confirm that you are authorised to request work on the devices, accounts and systems concerned.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the systems involved and any prior changes made to them.
  • Ensure important data is backed up before work begins. We will advise where a backup is prudent, and can carry one out as a scoped service.
  • Hold the necessary licences for any software we are asked to install or configure.
  • Be available for the session at the agreed time, or give reasonable notice to reschedule.

6. Payment

Fees are those stated in your signed service agreement. Accepted methods are major credit cards, bank transfer, ACH bank transfer, and check for business accounts. Support plans are billed for the term stated in the agreement. Late payment may lead to suspension of plan services until the account is settled.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, the Systech name and logo — belongs to Systech and may not be reproduced without written permission. Documentation produced specifically for you as part of an engagement is yours to keep and use within your household or organisation.

8. Third-party services

Our work often involves third-party platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Apple iCloud and hardware manufacturer software. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes to their functionality.

9. Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data where no current backup existed, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Cancellation

Cancellation and rescheduling are covered in your service agreement and in our refund and replacement policy. We ask for at least twenty-four hours' notice where a session needs to be moved.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the date of your engagement.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction, without affecting any statutory consumer rights available to you where you live.
